MEET STACY SHEA

In 2020, Stacy Shea founded The Spartan Woman, a philosophy and training for women who strive to live in integrity, strength, compassion, and honor. With strategic decision making at the center of their home, professional, and spiritual lives, Spartan Women hone in on their natural strength and illuminate their unique femininity. 

Stacy’s first book, Spartan Woman Strong, is due to be released late 2023.

Stacy developed her philosophy for Spartan Woman training while her husband Thom Shea was an active duty Navy SEAL. At home raising their three children, Stacy served as the Ombudsman for SEAL Team 7 and as the first ever Family Readiness Group Coordinator for Naval Special Warfare Group One, serving all special warfare families on the west coast.

Stacy is also the President of Unbreakable Leadership, which she co-founded with her husband, retired Navy SEAL Thom Shea. Together, Stacy and Thom conduct leadership training for executives, business owners, and individuals around the world.  

Prior to her work with Unbreakable Leadership, Stacy spent 14 years in the investment business, managing client relationships and taking responsibility for the professional development of her staff at Advest, Inc., Legg Mason Wood Walker, and Washington Mutual.

Stacy’s  deepest passion is for being a devoted mother and wife. She lives with her husband and their three children in Greenville, SC.
